Key Values & Principles
Our key principles for developing new LAP Alliance Members / Certified LAP Trainers are:
Social & Cultural Fit (between people and what/how they are doing - looking from the outside in)
Quality over Quantity (Senior Agile/Lean coaches preferred, becoming a LAP trainer is by recommendation and/or invitation only.)
NO Exclusivity / Politics (LAP trainers agree to our code of conduct and are not given an exclusive market, nor do we prevent new trainers from entering the same market.)
Independence (Each LAP trainer retains his independence in his business.)
Non for Profit (You are not a business case - the LAP Alliance simply wants to cover the costs of running the movement.)
or ✅ Step 4.2 Mentored Self-Learning & Co-Training (Option 2)
Pass all the learning objectives of your online self-learning journey guided by a LAP Mentor (we try to keep total efforts similar to the TtT)
Increase your knowledge in LAP as a trainer by co-training with a LAP Mentor (most experienced LAP trainers, that are not from the same company)
You are not a Business Case!
Lean-agile Procurement isn’t about certifications and making a lot of money with it. It’s about changing the world for the better. We work to keep our prices fair, but we need some money to keep the movement going.
We basically know 2 kind of fees. Both are determined using a location-dependent price index.
-
Our Fees are invoiced annually. Prices are in Euros.

Location-based Pricing is a Fair Pricing
It is very important to us, that the fees we ask for our services are fair and easy to bear for trainers and participants worldwide.
That is why our annual Trainer License Fee as well as the hourly-based Licence and event fees depend on the average GDP level per capita, per country, divided into five categories. It is not a perfect system, but it’s fairer than charging the same price to everyone.
